What we collect

- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, security and delivery of form submissions and email.
- Proton AG: email hosting.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or the appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a client relationship, in which case we keep the records needed for the duration of the contract and as required by law. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for short periods in line with its own policies.
